DataCentres Ireland returns to the RDS in Ballsbridge, Dublin on 8-9 November. This event is for all of those involved in creating and managing their company’s digital infrastructure, whether in a datacentres, server and comms rooms. Now in its fifth year, DataCentres Ireland will address all aspects involved: infrastructure, services and solutions. It will again feature a world class, multi-streamed conference adjacent to an international exhibition.

Driven by the IOT (Internet of Things), M2M communications (Machine to Machine), new 5G services and the growth of streamed video, the amount of data stored is forecast to double every two years and continue for the next decade. This, combined with the impact of Safe Harbor Privacy Principles and the ramifications of Brexit, is likely to make Ireland even more attractive as a location for datacentres and data-storage facilities, whether directly, with a third party or as a service.
