Richard Hadfield: Convenor of the ISO Quality Committee’s Strategic Plan, Hadfield is the Irish expert on revisions to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. He is a member of the TAG to ISO/TC 176, the committee responsible for updating the ISO 9000 family of standards. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with ISO 9001.
Caroline Geoghegan: the managing director of CG Business Consulting Ltd. – one of Ireland’s leading ISO consultancy practices. She has successfully implemented ISO Quality Management Systems in hundreds of diverse organisations both in Ireland and overseas since 2007.
